When I first started to build a family in Seattle, one of the biggest roadblocks that we had was the lack of privacy. We often found ourselves being “limited”. As you can imagine, we didn’t have much of today’s conveniences eight years ago.

The internet was still in its infancy and print magazines were limited to body building and celebrity gossip. What I did was to search for patio privacy screens locally on my free time of the week. It even came a point where I would drop by local hardware stores during our vacation trips just to check out what they had to offer.

Thankfully for me, I was able to find myself a friend who was into eucalyptus business. From there, my creative juices started flowing and I built a traditional business to make privacy panels for patio. It went pretty well for a few years until I decided to call it quits in 2004 to retire from the business.

Right now, as I am still an advocate for quality outdoor patio privacy, I write on blogs where I regularly review all sorts of patio privacy screens.
